Tushar Garg
Tushar helps run community and operations at SPC in Bangalore, building systems that support members and help SPC India scale with intention. He focuses on creating a thoughtful, high-signal environment through member support, programming, and day-to-day operations. Before joining SPC, he worked across investing, business analytics, and founder’s office roles at TDV Partners, Flipkart, and Neelgiri Chemicals. A graduate of Plaksha University’s founding undergraduate cohort in Data Science, Economics, and Business; he is endlessly curious.
He enjoys reading and exploring ideas across psychology, economics, philosophy, social and planetary impact, and human behavior. Outside of work, he enjoys running, yoga, meditation, and practices that help build a grounded and reflective life.
