Harshit Madan

Harshit is an ex-founder, who loves building in the 0 to 1 phase. He’s spent over a decade building in India’s startup ecosystem — a lot of it at Meesho, where he led product, operations and supply orgs. The experience gave him a full-stack, closeup view of how a company scales from 300 to 3 Million orders a day. Most recently he founded Alle, where his team set out to reinvent fashion discovery from the ground up, but couldn't build a business even after building a useful product.

Across Meesho and Alle, he got a founder’s sense of what product-market fit really feels like. He’s drawn to founders who are mission-driven, customer-first, and genuinely obsessed with the problem they’re solving — especially those at a market or technological inflection point. Outside work, he spends his time with his daughter and family, reading, being in nature and playing badminton occasionally.
