Currently co-founder and CEO at Orb, building next-gen billing infrastructure for modern software companies. Previously engineering leader at Asana and a member of South Park Commons. Alvaro holds dual degrees from MIT and is passionate about product-focused engineering and infrastructure that scales.

Technologist working at the intersection of AI, imaging, and healthcare. Ex-Nvidia GTC speaker, 3D vision tinkerer, now building AI tools to reinvent radiology workflows.
