Did a PhD in Computer Science (Machine learning and Recommendation Systems) at Stanford, Masters in Economics; undergrad at IIT Bombay Computer Science. I’m currently exploring human-in-the-loop AI systems at ROSNIK AI with my longtime friend Nick DiRienzo. In my prior life, I was Head of Product at Observe Inc and a PM at Splunk. In my spare time, you will find me brewing beer, riding my bike, and reading any sci-fi I can get my hands on.

Matt is a Principal Scientist at Adobe, focused on building tools for creative work. Previously founded Facet, a content-aware image editing platform, and held engineering roles at Operator and Kinema. With a Ph.D. from Carnegie Mellon, he brings deep expertise in simulation, machine learning, and interactive media.
