I’m a repeat founder and systems thinker drawn to high-consequence problems. I’ve built across domains - from health-tech, music-tech to insurtech - most recently co-founding Vouch | FairDee, which merged with Qoala in 2020. As Group CTO, I helped scale the company from <$20M to $270M+ in GWP, leading product and engineering through acquisition, international expansion, and $100M+ in funding. I’ve lived the 0 to 1 chaos - bootstrapped, pivoted, shut down, merged, and scaled. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep bias for velocity, lean teams, and designing for feedback. Right now, I’m building a product that helps high-performing teams collaborate with AI agents - augmenting their playbooks without breaking them. I call it “Get Shit Done” :)
