I was one of the early engineers on Messenger and helped to grow it to billions of people; after Messenger, spent a few years as an Engineering Manager on various new products within Facebook including stories and teens pillars. Josh is a Member of the Technical Staff at OpenAI, where he leads research on agentic products. Previously co-founded Gantry to help teams improve ML products with human feedback, and has held research and teaching roles at OpenAI and UC Berkeley. He also co-organizes Full Stack Deep Learning.
