Tim Shi is the Co-Founder and CTO of Cresta, where he helped pioneer the use of generative AI in the enterprise, launching a GPT-based product in 2019. A former Stanford AI researcher and early OpenAI team member, his work on web-based reinforcement learning helped shape modern digital agents. Under his leadership, Cresta powers major companies like Verizon and United Airlines, delivering hundreds of millions in ROI.
