Great ideas rarely emerge from isolation

South Park Commons is a community of technologists ideating and validating what to build next. We believe this shouldn’t be done alone. Our members range from exited founders and highly-cited researchers to new graduates and first-time entrepreneurs. What unites us is ambition, ability, and a mutual commitment to helping each other navigate -1 to 0.

Tim
Tim Shi is the Co-Founder & CTO of Cresta. He started his PhD at Stanford AI Lab researching natural language processing and reinforcement learning. He was an early member of the OpenAI team in 2016 and made contribution to building safe AGI in digital environments. His work on "world of bits" laid foundation for web-based reinforcement learning agents. He co-founded Cresta in 2017 and Cresta was one of first companies to deploy generative AI in enterprise, including GPT based suggestions product in 2019. Cresta is backed by top investors including Sequoia, a16z, Greylock and helps drive hundreds of millions in ROI across Fortune 500 customers like United Airlines, US Bank and Verizon. He and his team hold multiple patents in AI for contact center conversations.
Kartik

Jonathan
I'm a founder and software engineer with previous experience in legal tech and consumer products. I've worked at Google, Cisco, and Walmart Labs. I also make music.
Nikolai
I love to build! (this is my MVP bio, I will have a better version up soon ;)) Am building a modern, intuitive CAD software for the construction industry... with Copilot. Looking for advice and feedback on my project. Very interested in hearing from people with experience scaling productivity tools. Have strong experience in 3D programming (ThreeJS), and building out focused LLM "agents".
Jack
Roboticist and quantitative trader. Led Skydio's Motion Planning & Controls Team before developing proprietary trading algorithms for electricity markets. Stanford CS/EE graduate.
Omar
Always building. Previously engineering @ Alchemy, computer science @ Stanford (systems undergrad + AI masters dropout).
Kenan
Outdoorsy backend Software Engineer focused on privacy and security. I have worked the last 3 years on Istio and cloud infrastructure.
Jouya
Jouya has worked on multi-physics simulations, perception for autonomy, human-computer interaction, mixed reality and wireless technologies. He is currently focusing on developing safe, secure, private and personalized AI agents.
Vinayak
I am a scientist by training so I like to ask lot of questions and I am a fan from first principles thinking. I loved programming since I was 5 and have built algorithms and systems working collaboratively with biologist, chemist, scientists and automation engineers to reliably scale measurement of biological systems (mostly human DNA) and predicting propensity for disease. Outside work, I love the outdoors and playing and following team sports.
Andrew
I’m Andrew– passionate about the intersection of food service and technology. Ex-DoorDash & Ex-Local Kitchens. Building Tare, a wholesale marketplace for food service. Love to jam and trade ideas! Come say hi, I don’t bite!
