Matt is working full-time on starting a climate-tech company. Previously, he was Head of Engineering at Studio and an ML Scientist at Tesla Autopilot. He spends his free time playing music, skateboarding, and nerding out about space travel and TTRPGs.

Lifelong Midwesterner, currently living in Kansas City along with the wife and two pets (dog-Sunny, cat-Kit Cat). I'm passionate about building solutions with outcomes of healthier communities and people, which is what has led me to working in an endeavor that's aimed at helping to drive adoption of regenerative agriculture. Leah was the engineering leader for Slack's Enterprise products, building out Grid and growing the team 10x. Prior to that she co-founded zumper.com and worked at Google as an engineer and analyst.
