South Park Commons is a community of technologists ideating and validating what to build next. We believe this shouldn’t be done alone. Our members range from exited founders and highly-cited researchers to new graduates and first-time entrepreneurs. What unites us is ambition, ability, and a mutual commitment to helping each other navigate -1 to 0.

Michael
I spent four years enlisted in the Navy, where I worked as a mechanic on F-18s. After the Navy, I attended Harvard and graduated in 2024 with a degree in physics and math. I'm now working on LLM safety and interpretability at TAPP Security.
Sara
Previously, I managed product & engineering at Scale AI, where I worked on recommendations, trust & safety, data quality and image/video labeling. Before that, I worked at Facebook & Twitter, and studied computer science at Carnegie Mellon.
Jeffrey
Jeffrey is interested in climate, reversing the digitalization of identity, and, somewhat reluctantly, crypto. Previously, Jeffrey was a software engineer at Plaid and a student at Harvard (CS/Philosophy 2019). Also, please go surfing with him.
Sahil
Sahil is a customer-focused engineer with an extensive background in AI, recommender systems, and marketplaces. He has served an engineer and an eng leader at Facebook and Uber, working on News Feed, Video Growth, as well as Uber’s Dispatching Algorithms.

Creator of Echo Chess AI. I build strategy games using AI and Game Design.
Remi
Remi is currently a web3 founder fellow at SPC. Previously, Remi worked as a software engineer at Google and Microsoft, was the founding member of a Defi protocol (Parallel Finance - raised seed and Series A), and has a complementary background in product management and venture capital.
Jaclyn
Jaclyn worked at Alphabet for 7 years in a variety of operational roles. She helped launch Google Helpouts (a consumer marketplace to deliver expertise over live video) and most recently worked at CapitalG helping portfolio companies scale.
Catherine
Catherine is a member of technical staff at Anthropic. Prior to that she was a senior program associate at Open Philanthropy and a software engineer at Google Brain and OpenAI. Previously: computational neuroscience (left PhD program with a master's degree), computer science, and psychology + cognitive science (MIT)
Zorayr
I was one of the early engineers on Messenger and helped to grow it to billions of people; after Messenger, spent a few years as an Engineering Manager on various new products within Facebook including stories and teens pillars. I am an engineer with a PMs hat that loves to help people. Reach out if there is anything I can help with!
