Our members range from exited founders and highly-cited researchers to new graduates and first-time entrepreneurs. What unites us is ambition, ability, and a mutual commitment to helping each other navigate -1 to 0.

We focus on highly technical builders in the -1 to 0. Over the last decade, we have had 1,000 members join us to start companies, pursue research, and work on other ambitious projects.

Rishi
Rishi is a software engineer at Airtable. Before that, he was the first employee at Zulip, an open source team chat application.
Justin
Justin most recently led Growth at Rockset, and worked on Google's Cloud Security team prior. He was also the Founder/CEO of Xenia Gifts. Justin graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.
Arjun
Worked as a software engineer on the platform and tools team at Facebook. Zillow and Microsoft before that. Explored angel investing + engineering at startups including Detour, Thistle, Dandelion Chocolate, Taika and others.
Veer
Veer is a CS major from MIT specializing in AI and distributed systems. He's currently building Inflight, a platform that democratizes access to expert feedback, enabling teams to build better products. Previously, Veer built Airchat for two years.
Michael
I'm working with Bao Van to build a future of work startup, tackling skilled talent shortages. You can find me at a Barry's class or the newest trending TikTok restaurant.
Abhishek
Cofounder @Riverline. Multiple failed ventures, started selling software at 19. Passionate about building sustainable businesses. Enjoy crashing drones in my downtime, now focused on growing B2B SaaS
Rob
Rob Haisfield is the cofounder of Websim, a platform for imagining alternate internets on the fly. His background is in behavioral product strategy, gamification, and tools for thought.
Naman
Engineer. Curious. Recently did my 5K run, soon 10K. Vipaasna practitioner. code, books, paint & fun. Recently cofounded and was CEO of DoWhileAI (Sequoia Surge9). ex-Coinbase, Goldman and Walmart. IIT Roorkee 2017. ICPC Regionals. Explore hardware. Want to explore acting!
Palash
Building an AI co-pilot for playable ads to help mobile gaming teams. Studied CSE at IIT Bombay. Spent 2 years at Samsung HQ, Korea as a software engineer. Worked at CRED ($6B fintech) in product. Built AI-driven personal growth products as part of an early stage startup—learnt a lot, but wouldn’t recommend it as a business.
Akshay
Lifelong builder, just switched to Consumer from deep tech. Previously built Log9 ($13M Annual Rev, raised $50M+) Passionate about user experience and delight. Always up for a Trek, Gym Sesh or supporting climate initiatives.
