South Park Commons is a community of technologists ideating and validating what to build next. We believe this shouldn’t be done alone. Our members range from exited founders and highly-cited researchers to new graduates and first-time entrepreneurs. What unites us is ambition, ability, and a mutual commitment to helping each other navigate -1 to 0.

Alex is the co-founder of Playbook.com, a cloud storage and collaboration tool for creatives. Before that, he studied at CMU and was an engineer at Addepar and Opendoor.
Gopal
Gopal is an investor with the SPC Fund based out of NYC. Previously, he helped build Retool’s technical GTM team as a deployed engineer. He studied economics, computer science, and poetry at Stanford, where he was also a Mayfield Fellow. In his spare time, he loves playing tennis, skiing, and writing (usually about art).

Santi is the CEO and co-founder at Momentum.io. He was previously co-founder and CTO at Blameless, CTO of Whyline, first employee and Director of Engineering at Sauce Labs, Staff engineer at Mulesoft. He cares about entrepreneurship, great company culture, building delightful products, and accomplishing great goals.

Founder/CEO of Breez, a cyber-security startup that secures identities in the cloud. Before Breez, I was the Chief Information Security Officer and the VP of Infrastructure at Frame.io (an NYC startup) that was acquired by Adobe in 2021.
Gavin
Co-founder and CEO of Column Tax, building modern tax infrastructure for the digital era. Previously led strategy and operations at Waymo.
Bryan
After a PhD in AI/ML, cofounded a unique fintech—Angaza—to make solar energy and smartphones radically more affordable in sub-Saharan Africa and beyond. Helped millions of households connect to electricity and internet. Now focused on AI again.
