Global nomad: Lived in Canada, China, Iowa, Maryland, DC, Paris, and Uganda. Studied Math & Economics @ Harvard. Passionate about the environment, health, and fitness. LGBTQ+.

Technical founder who builds from -1→0->1. Created ML-powered document platforms at AngelList, architected loan trading systems at ORSNN, and led engineering teams at Amazon. Solves complex challenges with Go, AWS, and AI to deliver market-ready solutions.

I am an Assistant Professor in CS at UIUC. I research AI-driven networking spanning Earth and space. Currently exploring the AI startup space.

I do AI, dataOps and MLOps through open source and open science. I was once a founder (Tooso, acquired by TSX:CVO) and will likely be a founder again.
